Description

meta.php in theme/edublog/ (and theme/standard) includes the user html editor in every page. This should be reworked so it's included only in pages that use it.

Esto no estaba arreglado ya ?
En mi versión local no se incluye en todas las páginas. Quizás es algo de configuración
