Allow to edit all options of a blog

Description

In the "opciones" button of a blog, user should be able to edit all the opctions:
- ¿Permitir comentarios?
- ¿Cualquiera puede ver este blog?
- ¿Publicar entradas automáticamente?
- ¿Otros usuarios pueden escribir en tu blog?
